I didnt think this would help me. But oh my gosh, it works great. I was working in the yard and I was pain free.It's a little bulky, but worth it. The strap around the leg is a little uncomfortable because of the velcro, just have to move it around till you find comfortable spot.Yes, I recommend it. And I'm a 65 year old woman. 😀

This truss may not be the most expensive, but it works. I have an inguinal on the left. IT got to where I could push it back in but it would not stay more than a few hours unless I was laying down. Tired of feeling like I've been kicked in the groin.I was thinking surgery, but decided to see if a truss would hold it in, maybe allow the muscle to heal without surgery/mesh. This truss is working.One suggestion - I have found that if I wear the wide band low on my left hip and higher on the right, then adjust the narrow band for pull down, it fits better, more comfortable. The wide band seems short, but it has to be tight.

Product is improperly described as being for use on either left or right side. As designed it can only be used effectively for left sided hernia support. The pad support strap is sewn in place on the left back side of the waist strap. When adjusted to proper tension for attempted use for right sided support the strap crosses uncomfortably over the testicles. The compression pad is also pulled out of position medially. System works well only for left sided support as supplied. It is not suitable for use on the right side.

I disliked the item because was way too small. I wasted my money.

Holds in hernia pretty well, but pad is really thick and wide and the only pad size that is included. crotch strap goes right into your but crack. better to pay 1.5-2x the price for a more comfortable neoprene one with better design.

This product is very well made and comfortable to wear, allows me to work throughout a day without hernia bulging out, Easy to use, after you learn out to adjust it for the hernia area, you really don't notice it.
