UPDATE: 11/24/24! First, my apologies to Tea Bloom for the much delayed update. After leaving my first review, Tea Bloom reached out and forwarded a new tumbler. After several months of unopening the box stored in my cabinet, I reluctantly opened it, made my favorite blend of tea and went to work. The morning was hectic with students & meetings. It was 11:30 a.m. before the first sip of tea. I opened the top expecting luke warm tea like before. Instead, steam greeted me and a smile immediately appeared on my face. I sipped on tea throughout the day. At 5p.m., my tea was still pleasantly warm! Thank you Tea Bloom for standing behind your product and the excellent customer service you provided. After experiencing the second tumbler's ability to keep tea warm all day, it's clear the first tumbler was defective. Thank you for allowing me to experience my morning ritual of tea again. You're the best!I drink tea daily. I take it to work every morning to drink throughout the day. So, I really wanted this tumbler to work for me. It's beautiful, it fits in the side pocket of my backpack and in the car's cupholder. It's easy to clean and hasn't leaked in the week of owning it. The problem is the tumbler does not keep hot tea hot all day or a regular workday as some reviews state. I purchased this tumbler to replace an insulated stainless-steel tumbler that had a bamboo sleeve. After a year, the sleeve separated from the tumbler and couldn't be reattached. The insulated bamboo tumbler kept my tea hot from 7:45a.m. (steaming hot) to 5:30p.m. (comfortably hot) easily. The Cosmopolitan tumbler does good to keep my tea luke warm until 11:30a.m. This is not what I expected based on the reviews and a $29.99 price tag. I would return it, but I already threw out the packaging. Back to looking for a tumbler that will let me drink hot tea throughout a teacher's day.

I absolutely love my Teabloom thermos! It keeps my tea hot for a long time and looks pretty. 16oz is the perfect size for me. Highly recommend.

The strainer aspect is amazing and works great. Super fine so no issues with loose tea bits in the water. Drinks stay hot for hours, no leaks, and color is beautiful. Unfortunately, mine arrived with some imperfections to the outside with a spot along the rim where there is a catch in the plastic/coating that sticks out. Cosmetic Imperfections doesn’t impact functionality just disappointing

This is my second purchase of this tea tumbler. I am a newcomer to the world of loose leaf teas and I love it so much I have eliminated most other drinks, other than water and my morning cup of coffee, from my diet. I especially love herbal teas and choose to take a tumbler with me wherever I go. This tumbler is very attractive with a superior outer finish that appears to be extremely durable. I have two other tumblers if another brand that function extremely well but the outer material looks to be one that will deteriorate over time. I initially hesitated with this due to the claim of Oprah’s Favorite’ (which means nothing to me). But I have to agree this is of excellent quality and function. The included infuser snaps in tightly and the out lid seals extremely well and does not leak!!!

I purchased this item for a Christmas gift but unfortunately it was a defective item. However, I reached out to the seller directly and he promptly shipped a replacement. I deeply appreciate the quality of customer service provided and I’m happy with the new product, it works perfectly!

It leaks. One star because this is one of those "you had one job" situations. When you add hot water above the top of the strainer, water will percolate out of the lid, and it will keep doing that as long as the water inside it hot. It actually looks like it is crying. I'm like, "you're crying?! I'M crying. You got your tea mug tears all over my stuff, you stupid drink!" And then the insult makes it cry more. More tears. It's a vicious cycle.But for real, it will get your cup holder or bag wet. The strainer basket fits well, and steeps tea well. It holds heat reasonable well (good enough to percolate tea tears all over the dang place and soak your stuff in tea sadness. I would suggest another mug. I bought a London Fog, and it has the same benefits and cost while also NOT being a little cry baby tea mug.
