However, it effectively keeps our 300-gallon inflatable pool going during our RV excursions with our grandkids. Since we've experienced some warm days this spring, we've used it much earlier than usual. This filter conserves water by extending how many days we can safely reuse the pool's water. Please note that we remove the filter before anyone enters the water for safety reasons (we are leery about the safety of this rebranded or repurposed filter for human use).The P10F features a washable debris filter that screens out solids, helping to keep the water clean and free from debris. It also utilizes UVC technology to neutralize pathogens that could potentially cause illness. Since no chemicals are required for sanitation, chlorine reactions on the skin and eyes are no longer a concern.Conclusion: This water filter provides us with peace of mind when our grandchildren are using their small pool. That's worth the nearly seventy-dollar price. Plus, we don't have to purchase chemicals for it, which saves a bit of money. It has met our expectations, earning it a four-star rating. Put this in a baptistry and wow! It is doing its job. I ran it twice a day for 2 hrs each on a program timer and its still clean. Before every 6 weeks had to drain and clean. Now going on 3 months and water is clean and clear.

Wouldn’t recommend. Used this for an inflatable cold plunge and not just only do the suction cups fail after five minutes the filtration is really poor for a tub that’s under the advertised size.

I was so excited when I saw this because i wanted to get a small filtration system for my 130 gal plunging pool.This is not a filtration system, it is a UV light that kills bacteria, algae, and water impurities.It is a simple way to avoid changing water in a small pool, all the time.It is a way to keep your water safe for swimming, but it does not filter out pool crud.I do like knowing that my plunging pool's water is safe and I am no longer draining it every week.This is a very well made product with quality in mind.I would have given this five stars except for the instruction are basically none existent.The instructions included only show how this is assembled, but it comes fully assembled. I guess these are for if you need to disassemble?There are no instruction for how to use and place this product. The only blurb i saw was "100% Submerged", that told me I could get the cord in the water and put the filter at the bottom of the pool.Company - please include actual using instructions and tips.Four stars for a product that should have gotten five.

The media could not be loaded. i use this in my cold plunge. i had one of the spongey filter aquarium pumps for it that i got forever ago and it was fine but didn’t do the best job of cleaning and preventing scum build up.so i saw this and wanted to try it and right away i noticed the lamp was good quality, the filter looks decent but not perfect, but the pump is crazy powerful.it hooks seamlessly to my ozone. i never want to change my water so i have ozone, an external filtration system, a chiller, and i use enzymes every 10 days or so. i also don’t shower before i go in even tho i know i should so im really asking a lot of the water.this is definitely doing the job and im noticing the water looks a little more clear than normal which i think is because of the UV. i’mnot sure how much the little blue filter is actually doing.this was pretty simple to install, it’s easy enough to take apart and put back together. the suction cups are a huge upgrade and it really locks down to my inflatable tub.the water circulation is much better now so i imagine this will help even more with sanitation as moving water is a lot easier to keep clean so i imagine fast moving water is really nice.plus it makes the plunging experience a lot more intense because you really can’t get a thermal barrier now so that’s a plus.the housing feels great and the pump is so high quality that even if the UV breaks down at some point i’ll just use the pump on a different filter.one thing to note is that you will need 2 outlets for this as you need a plug for both the UV bulb and the pump. also: the plugs are weird because they didn’t put holes in them and im not sure if that’s a liability or not. i dont think ive ever seen plugs without the holes in them.

I ordered this to work with our Icebound Essentials XL Cold Plunge – 150 Gallon bath. It actually is just a bit too much for that size of bath, so I would recommend something even bigger than this to use it for. It really does get the water moving around, but it's not easy to use in such a small area as it keeps falling over. The design seems to work well if you had a larger tank/bath/pool. I can't speak to it's durability yet, but it appears to be a good value for the price.

I have been using a water stabilizer for my ice bath and, while that makes the water more sanitary, it doesn’t help with the layer of yuck that floats on and in the water. This filter really is perfect. It filter and flows the water through UV light helping to get the debris and bacteria. It is obviously water proof as it needs to be fully submerged. I did opt to unplug it when I am in the bath, but I have had my hand in the water with no electricity issues. This is a really good add to my ice bath and will allow me to go longer between water changes. Recommend.
