This actually worked just like my HRT meds. It paused my hot flushes and itchy ears. Worked better than the 30$ brand. Who knew. I gave four because noting in this world is a 5 or 100 in my book. As soon as I say this the quality drops.

Research the side effects!
Check the side effects - while this might have helped to curb my hot flashes, it irritated my mouth and throat. (And no, I didn’t take it orally - I rubbed a small amount twice a day on my skin). My throat started to feel tight and my tongue felt irritated and painful underneath. Once I stopped, those symptoms went away.
