Works great but can overheat
It’s been about a year since I’ve bought this and it’s working great. The only issue is that it was starting to overheat a bit because of everything I plug into it, but I found that if I plugged in an additional power source to support it versus plugging it into only my computer for the power source. It does phenomenal. It has enough ports for everything that I need. I plug in everything from external screens, external mouse, keyboard camera, and so on and it does a great job, easy and portable and cheaper than a full docking station.

Works Well. The USB 2.0 ports are OK for devices like keyboards, mice, and optical drives.
Dock works very well. $34.99 is a very good price, a competitors dock with similar features sells for $214.99.This dock:2x HDMI (1 x 4K@60Hz, 1 x 4K@30Hz)1x DisplayPort1x Gigabit Ethernet1x USB-C data transfer1x USB-C PD charging input2x USB-A 3.03x USB-A 2.01x x 3.5mm TRRS (Audio & Mic Combined on a 4 conductor socket)1x x SD card reader1x x TF (MicroSD) card reader$214.99 dock3x HDMI ports2x DisplayPort5x USB-A ports1x USB-C port1x Gigabit Ethernet1x 3.5mm Audio In1x 3.5mm Audio OutIntegrated USB-PD input power cableNo card readers

Frequent blank screens
The media could not be loaded. It seemed OK at 1st with all the ports but I'm frustrated because there is no fix for the constant signal loss for a moment. Hdmi (either port) seems worse than the Display port with these frequent drops in signal. It's not the wires as I've tried multiple hdmi and dp cables.About every minute or 2 I'll get blank screen for about 3-5 seconds. Sometimes does it multiple times in a row and others it doesn't happen except maybe 1 time an hour. There is no consistency with the issue to try and pinpoint the cause. It does it with my 100w, 200w, and even 65w charger so it's not a power issue. Best guess is the issue is bad connectors/weak solder connections or something like that inside the hub as even wiggling the wires won't cause the issue so it isn't any external wires.I'm also not even using it for multiple displays, just 1 at a time but will use different monitors depending where I am so I've been able to test on many devices and no difference. If you need a reliable hub. This is not it and seems to be a waste of money if you need it for display unless your OK with frequent drops as my quick video shows. Also with the sd card reader, the cards stick way out so you can't just leave one inside to have some storage in the hub as you'll snap sd card in half pretty easily. I really wanted to like this but the constant signal dropping is deal breaker. Even my 5yr old cheap anker hub I got for phone and switch still works fine on the same cables without any drops in signal. I'm outside return window so stuck with this junk. But I've learned my lesson trying to get by with a cheap hub since I've needed it for work lately so I'll be replacing this with the anker 575 13 in 1 docking station, not the hub version so I don't even need to worry about a power supply. If you need a good one that is close in price with the same features I would recommend the Anker A8385 PowerExpand 11 in 1 Type C Hub with DP/HDMI as it's currently at time of writing $38 for a factory refurbished unit with same warranty as new.

Works As Advertised
Reasonable range of ports for the price. Small enough size to pack in any laptop bag. Heavy duty aluminum construction with a sturdy USB-C connector cable.

Decent and reliable docking station, but microSD card port is fragile
I have bought four of these so far. They work great, driving multiple monitors, USB peripherals, and speakers without issue. The only negative thing I have to say is that the microSD card slot is easily damaged by putting a card in wrong, which, if you're using it a lot, will happen eventually. This doesn't seem to be a problem specific to these docking stations, though; the microSD module on my Framework laptop went belly-up in the exact same way. If you're doing a lot of ins and outs with [micro] SD cards, it's best to invest in a few of those 12$ Transcend dongles (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009D79VH4).

Worked well, didn't last long
The main point is that this item did what I needed. I got a new laptop for work and it only had a USB c output for video. I have two monitors which both use HDMI. Using this I was able to plug the USB c from the adapter into the laptop, and plug both monitors into the adaptor. A little fiddling with windows and everything was up and running.I was also able to plug the laptop's power supply into the adaptor so it used one cable to charge the laptop and for video out. And I plugged my keyboard/mouse dongle into the adaptor, so only one laptop port was being used and I was able to do everything I needed to.Then, yesterday (about 16-17 months after I bought the adaptor) one of my monitors went dark. After some troubleshooting I verified that the monitors and cables were all working. And then my laptop powered down. I turned it back on and found that the battery was critically low. So the adaptor stopped powering the laptop and stopped sending signal to HDMI 1.I just ordered another of the same item, and I'll try using it for everything except power, to see if that makes it last longer. Given the cost of these, I'll still save money buying a new one every year and a half, and it really does everything I need very simply and easily. Not perfect, but not nearly as bad as some that I've tried.
