The media could not be loaded. This costume is adorable! I was surprised by how great the quality was. All of the pockets function, with zippers and Velcro. It arrived with no damage in a nice zippered garment bag with a child sized hanger. I added navy blue long sleeve and navy pants underneath. My son is so excited to wear this for “dress like your future career” day at school.

I was So Relieved when it got here and it really did fit my son! He is eight but a very big boy for his size and we had to hunt for what he wanted. I mean I am 5 ft 4 ins and he comes to my chin already. His first choice had been a policeman but we couldn't find one for his size that wasn't sold out. Paramedic was his second choice and we found this costume. I triple checked sizes and measurements before I ordered. It was Perfect! My son's only complaint was that it did not come with the "radio" in the picture, but that did not hinder his enjoyment of it. I had read previous reviews that commented on the side straps not staying buckled and it is true the weight of the buckle is too much for the straps that have nothing to catch them in the buckle. We doubled the straps through the buckle and then safety pinned the ends together and it held together just fine then. He wore it for Halloween and has dressed in it a time or two since then for play. Well worth the hunt.

The American EMT Costume for Kids is cute and well made. The cap fits perfect for children. I gave it 4-Stars simply because I felt it was a little pricey for three pieces. For anyone considering the purchase, just be mindful that pants do not come with this costume. It's a Cap, Vest and EMT bag. I would recommend to those interested in the purchase.

Adjustable fit will work for years. Bag is sturdy and looks official. Our boy loves it!

Overall we're pretty happy with the purchase. The vest is super big on my 5-year-old. But he loves it and it's great for wearing over a jacket. The quality seems like it will hold up for Halloween and dress up play for the coming year (fingers crossed). The cap is too small. Barely stays on. The bag was great at first but has, after only two days, started to fall apart. For this price I was expecting more durability. All he's done is worn it across his body a few times, as I am assuming it was supposed to be worn. The photo shows how the shoulder strap started to disintegrate. I will have to find a way to reattach it. Overall, the vest is worth the purchase.
