Very good but when I bought it it was written 10 shots but there was 40 shots and wasted money on extra shots so no need to buy extra shots but overall it is very good quality and big the colour is amazing

The Product is Superb -The Purple color is Unique and blends well with all. The Output is GREAT !!!. I am liking it a lot and jut taking CLICKS & making MEMORIES permanent.

Frankly, I was expecting the quality to not be so good, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's nice to hold in the and and pretty easy to carry around, especially with the carry bag provided. It also has a nice color and design and feels like it's made of good material. While it's nice that it can do a lot of things automatically, it would've been better if the camera only had the option to turn the flash on and off as desired. Apart from that, it's great for those who want to start photography.

I wanted to return this item as this Instax Camera is not being able to take any photos! However the first CSR Ms. SHWETA, was polite and was explaining me that this item is non-refundable, only replaceable according to Amazon policies. As a sensible person, I did understand and requested her to transfer the call to some higher authority so that they can help me refund the product!There enters Mr. PRITISH, THE SENIOR MOST PERSON SITTING IN AMAZON MUMBAI NEXT TO MR BEZOS!! lolzzz.A CSR, who can't even pronounce INSTAX properly and is poor in communication! How on earth he is the senior most person??He refers the product as a small product, whereas it costs 9000/- INR and on asking, he passes me an email forwarding a store locator which shows that there are no service centers in our location. He then guides me how to talk with the service center! Really ?I mean kindly understand I am not here to take a tutorial on how to communicate with service centers!After quite a debate, he raises his hands and admits, that since there are no policies of return mentioned anywhere in this product site, so he can't help. Though he admits it's a hassle for the customers, to go to service centers each time for defect certification! Let me put in simple words! It will be easier FOR CSR LIKE Mr PRITISH:Summary: If you want a return in this case, you are not going to get! Amazon is not going to take the responsibility as they are stating clearly, it is replaceable!If you want a replacement, Amazon will provide you a store locator, whereby either you have to visit that store or call them to solve the defects or manage a defects certification, which on producing to Amazon, they will replace the item after you provide the proof of defects certification!So if you want to buy the product, please buy it from Fuji website, or you have to end up like me, spending a whole day, frustrated with Mr.PRITISH!I WISH MR.PRITISH ALL THE BEST FOR IRRITATING A CUSTOMER TO THIS EXTENT 🙏
