Install Smartly
Don't make the same mistake I did! Read the instructions before trying to put everything together. I installed the hose backwards and was wondering why the bidet wouldn't fit in the holder correctly, ready to even write a bad review ... Until it came to me in a dream that I was dumb. Works great! No leaks yet! Will definitely update if it starts to fail.

Excellent quality,
I bought this to replace a different brand whose rubber hose failed after about a year and a half of use. I noticed that about 4% of buyers of this particular item rated it as worthy of only one star. Consequently, I proceeded with caution. So far, so good on my end. This one has a braided hose rather than a rubber one. Those tend to last much longer. Hopefully this one will too. The T shaped valve is much more substantial than the one I replaced. Much better made. I installed this in my camper and I had to run some PVC piping from the shower up and over and back down to the commode. I noticed that several of the reviews complained about excessively powerful spray so I installed a valve just above the hose attachment point. That allows me to regulate the pressure very effectively. Based on my experience so far I'm comfortable giving it five stars. If anything changes I will alter my review. So far, I can recommend it.

Very well made
Great instructions that are easy to read. Quality seems very good. The length of the hose is perfect for its use. The stainless steel color matches well. The water flow was very quiet.

Great looking product, easy install, easy flow control in 2 ways, nozzle does not rotate on hose
This product seems great so far. It was easy to install and there were extra washers included plus teflon tape. The metal sheath hose looks good and seems durable and is plenty long which worked well to feed it to opposite side of the toilet valve. The finish on all pieces is elegant (though I’ve only owned it for 2 days so I can’t comment on longevity).Best bits are the adjustable valve switch and nozzle. The little lever on the valve is smooth and easy to adjust the flow rate. Same with the nozzle. It’s essential to be able to depress the nozzle lever a little for a trickle or full press for more water pressure and different flows in between. Lots of other nozzles are either full on or off only which makes it harder to control water spray on sensitive skin. The one major drawback is the nozzle can’t rotate on the hose. Because the hose is metal sheathed, it can’t twist much (it’ll twist slightly more than 90 degrees in either direction from its natural resting point). This means that the nozzle might resist turning to orient exactly how you want to point it. It’s still doable if forced but that makes for a less than perfect experience. Lots of other nozzles rotate fully. Probably that ugly old black plastic nozzle your grandma’s been using at her kitchen sink for 50 years rotates fine. Odd that this product omitted this basic convenience.

These work great!
I’m giving this a five star review even though I had to return it. The return was no fault of the product but due to the fact that I have moved and cannot attach it to this particular toilet due to the water connection. I had an identical product in my last home, however, and loved it so I feel confident in saying this is a quality item.

HELPFUL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To be clear, when ordering I thought this mounted at the toilet supply valve. Thinking that, when it arrived, I was perplexed / concerned about the “turn off after every use” instructions, contemplating how very inconvenient / possibly difficult that might be to achieve. I was concerned enough to peruse the product reviews for other’s input as to whether that was required.Upon opening the box and reviewing the parts and instructions, I found that the “t-valve” actually installs under the toilet tank, at the tank end of the water supply line, and NOT at the water supply shut off valve. As such, it is a very simple and convenient chore to shut off the sprayer after each use, with a simple 90° turn of a lever. Any conversation regarding whether or not to do so can be considered moot. The valve has three fittings, one plastic and two metal. The top plastic fitting attaches to bottom of the tank-fill-tube that extends through the bottom of your toilet tank. The bottom fitting is for the water supply line that used to attach directly to the tank, and the side fitting is for the sprayer.Advice # 1: place the provided plumber’s tape on both the metal fittings prior to installing the valve on your tank. It’s quite simple to do so with the part in your hand, and much more difficult to accomplish after the valve is installed.Advice # 2: Install the sprayer hose prior to installing the valve on the tank. Not only for the same reason as # 1, but it allows you to determine the optimum rotation of the valve prior to tightening it. In my case, I found there was insufficient clearance to install the sprayer fitting pointed directly at the toilet. Rotating the valve 45° so that the hose fitting pointed towards the rear and the shut-off lever faced forward provided an acceptable fit and placed the shut-off valve in a very convenient location.Advice # 3: The instructions note to place plumber’s tape on the toilet tank fitting. I find that somewhat odd, as both the nut and tube are plastic. I’ve never done that before, nor was there tape on the tube when I removed the original supply hose from it. Out of an abundance of caution, I did use the tape there, but I’m still not sure why. That paragraph of instructions also applies to the bottom fitting for the water supply line. Since that fitting is metal to metal, tape usage is entirely appropriate and required. Equally odd, the instructions for attaching the sprayer hose to the valve and the sprayer to the hose do not mention using tape. Those connections are also metal to metal and tape should be used. The installation is quite simple and does not require any tools. The installation was completed only 9 hours ago, but at this point there no leakage whatsoever. I have not personally used it for its intended purpose, but at this point have no reason to give it anything other than five stars. One thing is definitely odd. You will run into many flow valves in your life, for water, gasoline or natural gas. There is typically a lever that rotates 90° to turn the flow on or off. With EVERY such valve I've ever encountered, setting the lever in line with the piping means "on" and turning it so that it's perpendicular to the piping means it's "off". No so on this unit. The water flow is "off" when the lever is in line with the hoses. Yep, odd.

Metal is better than plastic
I purchased this one year ago. I recall I hesitated because it's a bit more expensive than most. This product is truly made better by design. Details matter and the manufacturer seemingly obsessed with creating a prodoct that works perfectly, is beautiful and made to last. And, in my view, metal is better than plastic. The look, and feel of the design is understated luxury. Highly recommend!

Easy to install and works great!
I purchased one for our downstairs bathroom. Installation was a breeze. After about a month I liked it so much, I got one for our upstairs bathroom. I like the feeling of knowing I am clean after using the facilities. It's also very helpful when cleaning the toilet. I love it!
