Great refurbished laptop, lightweight, super fast processor, does all the things I need it to do with quickness, and ease. Haven't unplugged it since I got it, so I couldn't tell you about the battery life, but as a computer it works great and it's fast and it was fairly cheap or decently priced. Happy with this purchase.

Purchased in August 2024. Notice a few weeks after that the battery wasn’t charging. I left it plugged in so it would stay on, just unplugged to move to a different location and computer will not come on at all. Cannot get it to do anything so I am assuming it is dead.

Have only had this a week but it seems to be a really nice PC. Functionality has been perfect so far. My only disappointment is the screen has a quite noticeable worn/scratch streak across part of it. Maybe from the keyboard rubbing on the screen I'm really not sure. However I did the Vaseline touch up hack to it and it helped a lot so now it's not distractingly noticable. As great as the PC looks and runs I decided not contact the seller but am a little surprised they either didn't notice or decided to to ship it anyway. Everything else is great. It is used so I know that may just be the way it is. I would buy from this seller again but might ask they be sure they give me a better screen. It's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Since I bought it used I was terrified it wouldn’t work. Needed insane amounts of updates made me think it needed new parts at first. Just needed all of its updates. Runs just fine, I worry about it overheating but if you keep it plugged in it’s totally fine. Quality is perfect not a single scratch despite being used, speed wasn’t great at FIRST but after warming up it’s quick! Very lightweight, and the battery life is decent for a laptop. Overall I have and will continue to recommend this to others. ((Do not call support until you’ve finished all updates! They wanted to take it, examine it, send me a bill to fix it, then send it back fixed a month or two later. All (mine) needed was updates and they’re going to try to charge you for it. Don’t let them lol)).

Great little computer! It looks new, no damage whatsoever. Runs without issue and battery life seems fine. Highly recommend and I’m very happy with this.

Love the performance of this nice little laptop. Right size for my mobile needs. Use a power PC desktop for development and this is perfect for travel. However, the speaker/microphone did not work. BUT!!! within two hours of contacting support, they remoted into my device manager and removed the problem. Great Support!!! THANKS Mr Ed
