Loved the format of this book
Loved the format of this book! It's so easy to flip through and find a specific quick workout or exercise or even an easy, healthy recipe when you have no time to cook. I use it like a reference book when I need something specific to add to my work out - especially when I'm traveling with no time to go to yoga or the gym. I love the inspirational quotes that begin each chapter too! So much information packed in this book. It's like have your favorite 20 workout magazines in 1 place.

Almost 3 years and I still use this book!
I still use this book after almost 3 years after purchasing. It has remained a great resource. I currently mainly use it for the workouts...it’s taught me about building my own workouts, and it’s been effective! But I’m getting into a rut and need more...I’m hoping Jen Ator/Womens Health do another similar book soon - I need new inspiration! And I liked how it’s written - inspirational sayings, realistic advice, etc - so I’d be very interested in another publication from them. I may try their Big Books of Exercises. Keep the books coming, Women’s Health!

This might just be the one.
I’m ready to make some healthy changes and this book has so many ways to make little steps in the right direction. Some days a fresh mantra does the trick, and others might call for new recipes to keep me interested. The author has so many workout tips that I honestly think I’d never get bored. And, as we all know, that’s what it takes! Not waiting for New Year’s resolutions, this is too good to put on the back burner. Actually looking forward to it.

Love the recipes and the work outs - GREAT book!
As a cardiac nurse practitioner I would highly recommend this book. I am always looking for ways to motivate my patients toward a healthy lifestyle and this gives an approachable guide to just that.As a mom I’d recommend this to all my Mom friends for a quick reference of healthy on the go recipes as well as quick work outs that do give results. Jen Ator has a fresh outlook about exercise and healthy eating and it’s an easy and enjoyable read on this topic!

It's about every day women.
I just finished reading this book cover to cover. And as I started to read the first chapter I ran and got my highlighter to make sure I could refer back what I believe will make this successful for me. The book is written for the every day woman, not the body builder or competitor. It's common sense knowledge but laid out as a pep talk. I already do some of the things she recommends but learned new ideas too you reach my goals. I think Jen Ator did a fantastic job. This is my fitness bible.

As a new mom, this book has been so incredibly helpful! Love the recipes to help whip up something quick, to prep ahead of time or to swap in a healtheir option! As a working, busy mom who loves her exercise, it is not always this easiest to get in a workout. So I am thankful for this book to help me with quick yet effective exercises!

I loved the unique
I loved the unique, fresh perspective presented in this book. There were a lot of really easy to follow workout ideas and healthy recipes I can't wait to try out. I'll definitely be picking up more copies for Christmas gifts.
