Collagen Pills with Biotin, Keratin, and More: A Breakdown for Hair, Skin, and Nails
Works for me.This supplement boasts a combination of ingredients targeting hair, skin, and nails: Collagen (1000mg), Biotin (10000mcg), Keratin, Saw Palmetto (2500mg), Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E, Folic Acid, and potentially more (depending on the brand). Here's a closer look:Potential Benefits:Hair: Collagen, Biotin, and Keratin are all linked to hair health, with some studies suggesting they may promote hair growth and strength.Skin: Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid are popular for their potential to improve skin elasticity and hydration.Nails: Biotin is often associated with stronger, healthier nails.DHT Blocking: Saw Palmetto may help block DHT, a hormone linked to hair loss in some men.Drawbacks and Considerations:Limited Scientific Evidence: While some studies show promise for individual ingredients, the effectiveness of this specific combination for hair, skin, and nails lacks strong scientific backing.Dosage Variability: Dosing recommendations can vary greatly between brands. Look for a brand that follows established guidelines for each ingredient.Potential Side Effects: Biotin at high doses can interfere with some lab tests. Saw Palmetto may interact with certain medications. It's crucial to consult your doctor before taking this supplement.Individual Needs: What works for one person might not work for another. Genetics and overall health play a big role in hair, skin, and nail health.Overall:This supplement offers a variety of ingredients that may contribute to hair, skin, and nail health. However, the lack of strong scientific evidence for the specific combination and potential side effects warrant caution. Here's what to do before trying this supplement:Consult a Doctor: Discuss this supplement with your doctor, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or take medications.Research the Brand: Look for a reputable brand that provides clear information about ingredients, dosages, and potential side effects.Consider Alternatives: A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle choices may be just as effective, or even more so, for promoting healthy hair, skin, and nails.Remember: There's no magic bullet for hair, skin, and nail health. This supplement might be worth a try, but consult your doctor first and manage your expectations.

Good or indifferent?
I have tried several different kinds of Collegan building products including drink powders, creams etc.Whether any of them actually work is still to be determined. I have been taking these capsuls for about 5 months, I can say I have noticed an in provement in the crepey skin on my neck and upper arms. I know that many of these kinds of "treatments" may take a while to show improvements, so I will be ordering another bottle to continue the test if they truly work.I will post my results in 6 months.

Best hair vitamins I have used so far
I have literally never noticed a difference when taking hair vitamins. I have thick hair, I just want it to grow faster and have less hair loss. After a while of not using these, I noticed more hair loss. I tried some other stuff for a bit and it didn’t work. When I went back to these, it was an instant change. These make me lose so much less hair. What I notice about these that other hair supplements don’t have is that they have everything. Keratin, biotin, collagen, even some hormone stuff. I did my research too. The biotin is the maximum daily value and the hormone it blocks is the one that causes hair loss, usually in men, but sometimes in women. There are vitamins too. This actually covers almost every aspect of hair growth and I love that. I highly recommend these. Even for people trying to treat alopecia. It takes 3 capsules every day, so if you don’t like that, this may be harder for you to take. But I find it easy to swallow. Doesn’t cause an upset stomach for me. I have beautiful and strong nails after using it.

This is nature's miracle.....
Where all else has failed, from Rogaine topicals, {both liquid and foam), to LED helmets, this Biotin compound, in capsule form, has succeeded in restoring some of my lost hair.....I didn't tell my wife that I was taking these biotin capsules, {and a liquid collagen and biotin formula, that I purchased from Costco}, and one day, from out of the blue, she asked my why, & how, do I have more hair on my head.....I attribute the hair growth, to the regimen of both products.....An older friend of mine, that's 78 years young, told me that his doctor told him to take biotin, after I thought his lack of baldness was from genetics, and complemented him on his hair.....He has a full head of hair, he keeps it short, where I have always refrained from cutting mine, due to my belief that if you keep cutting it, your head begins to lose hair faster.....There's no scientific evidence to support my belief, it's probably a belief that has it's basis in vanity, more than anything else, but I firmly believe it.....The only time in my life that I've had short hair, after I could finally outrun my father, {he used to force me to get flattop haircuts every 2 weeks), was when I spent 6 years in the Navy.....So I followed my friend's recommendation, and put these capsules on a subscribe and save, reoccurring order, & also I bit the bullet, and spent the exorbitant amount of money to buy the liquid mixture, because I figured it would be easier to metabolize into my system.....Both of these things have contributed to a reawakening of dormant hair follicles, and a regrowth of hair where there was an almost lack of it, before I started taking these substances.....I am in no way affiliated with the manufacturer of either product, just a consumer of them, and I consider it money well spent.....I believe enough in Biotin to write this review, if you check my profile, you'll see it's something I rarely do, I only review something if I really hate it, or is in very impressed by it.....I'm this case, I'm more than pleased, I'm ecstatic.....YMMV.....

Didnt notice anything
I used the bottle and saw no change in skin, hair, energy or overall health. Normal size capsules easy to swallow. No smell or taste. Good amount for the money if it works for you.
