Perfect home server
This unit has been fantastic for running proxmox and a home media server.Plex runs like a dream on this unit even without a graphics card. It would run better if my NAS hosting the media files had faster storage though. Overall watching experience has been great, and there's more room for extras like DNS, pihole, etc.If you want a low-stakes and easy introduction to home server management and media management, this is the perfect system to start.

Computer great keyboard and mouse not so great
The computer works great with the Intel 8th generation it is ready for windows 11 and much faster than my old refurbished HP with a Intel 5. The Keyboard just sucks the keys are so close when I am typing the CTRL button gets activated and when I hit T it opens a new tab and types in that tab worse than a laptop keyboard. It won't do a screenshot no matter what combo I do so I hooked up my old logitech bluetooth keyboard and screenshot works fine so not the computer it's the keyboard. Have that hooked up to my laptop cause I hate laptop keyboards so I will have to get other keyboard too and had to get a chrome extension for screenshots for now. The mouse is a light piece of plastic probably won't last two months and the scroll button keeps getting locked and starts going down the whole page. Usually Dell computers have a whole Dell section in the software this had no dell section and I know dell has its own driver updates so will need to find that out why only Microsoft 10 software. Even my refurbished HP windows 10 had a seperate HP section for HP help, updates and downloads.

Affordable Performer!
QUICK SPECS:- Intel UHD 630 Graphics (way outperforms Nvidia GT 710 graphics card).- Intel Core i5 8th gen processer.- 2x8 - 16gb ram (upgradable to 2x16 32gb).- M.2 256gb SSD (leaves room to add second hard drive for backup).- 4 USB 3.0 ports (two in front, two in rear).- On board DVD/CD reader/burner.- Smaller footprint than legacy Dell OptiPlex SFF systems and can double as a riser for moniter.- Microsoft factory image restore enabled.- Windows 10 Pro version (system will upgrade to Windows 11 (but not mandatory). Research the pros and cons to Windows 11 before upgrading.- PCI expansion slot for graphics card upgrade (200 watt power supply will accommodate up to 30 watt graphic cards for light gaming).- Arrived with wired mouse and keyboard and WiFi dongle.SIDE NOTES:- No success adding Bluetooth/WiFi to this system via combo PCI expansion card. Went instead with a single USB WiFi and Bluetooth combo wireless adapter.- Purchased separately a front dust cover for this model (available via Dell and highly recommended).- Quiet operation.- 200w power supply. Can't say enough nice things about this system. It's great for general PC application use, along with photo and light video editing. It arrived in like-new condition and with sales tax, cost only $305.75

Refurbished?
First time (that I can recall) getting a refurbished product. Not sure who’s to blame for a very dirty and poorly packaged product to make it out the door, but begs the question of whether or not these products are actually inspected at all before getting turned around and sent back out to buyers. I’m sure this isn’t how the process actually works but wanted to put this out there if anyone’s looking to get this product.Pros:Functions properly (so far)PriceCons:Packed very poorlyCosmetic damage (likely from shipping?)Not cleaned (at all)Don’t feel warm and fuzzy regarding product

Had to be returned
The product arrived in good physical condition with no visible damage aside from the wifi adapter which didn't work at all, and the mouse which had a broken scroll wheel. However, the computer was experiencing driver issues from the beginning. Updating windows 10 didn't fix them, resetting it didn't fix them, reinstalling it didn't fix them, upgrading to windows 11 didn't fix them, etc. I did much more then this, but you get the point. Ultimately, I was unable to fix said driver issues, rendering the pc useless for my needs. I filed a return request and I'll be sending it back tomorrow. I'm hoping I just got unlucky and recived a defective unit. Hopefully the next one i order will function properly. I'll update this review depending on how things go. (Update: they issued a full refund and made the return process very easy. 10/10 return service)

Very satisfied for a refurbished unit
It's actually an Optiplex 7060 small form factor circa 2018ish with an Intel Core I5, 16GB ram, 256GB ssd. Picked up this unit that retailed for somewhere near $1K usd at around $250. I threw in a dual 2.5gps Intel NIC card and flashed with OPNsense for use as our primary firewall. The unit was very clean and had very few clues, if any indicating that it was "pre-loved". It ended up replacing a micro firewall appliance which could only handle basic FW apps without CPU issues. Now I can run all sorts of IDS and real time analysis apps without stressing RAM, SSD or CPU which is ironic considering this 5+ year old box easily beats out new micro-firewall appliance hardware in similar price range AFA speed and capacity. The refurbishing outfit is called Blair Technology, and if for some reason the need arises, I would do business with them again based on the good experience with this particular unit.

Affordable start
It is what it is, a computer for about $130, 6 core cpu with built in graphics and 16 gb ram at 2666, def gonna upgrade parts overtime but overall it’s nice to have my own computer, great starting place. Better than other options that are more expensive and capped at 4 core cpu’sPSU is a 200 Watt 80+ bronze that will need to be upgraded if your gonna be workshopping this pc
