1 ingredient - EPIC pump
Above and beyond the best pump I’ve ever used. Increase results by adding a teaspoon of salt (Himalayan but table salt will do too). It’s great to have a 1 ingredient pump without all the other unknown chemicals in other pumps. Unless you’re one of of the no pre, no headphones, psycopath lifters… then chances are you probably take some sort of supplements with crazy chemicals in it like me.This pump works extremely well, you can easily and safely add to your preworkout and other supplements. When I wanna get cracked I add some salt in there too like 1-1.5 TSP. Looking like the bad hulk from the Edward Norton hulk movie. Veins out the neck, striations like whoa.I won’t be taking this out of my pre-lift mix. 100/100

Glycerol Powder – Great for Lifting & Massive Pumps
Glycerol powder has been a game-changer for my lifting sessions. The muscle pumps are insane—my muscles feel fuller, more hydrated, and I notice a real difference in vascularity during workouts. It also helps with endurance, keeping me from feeling as fatigued during long training sessions.Mixing can be a bit tricky, as glycerol powder tends to clump if not stirred or shaken well. I’ve found that adding it slowly to water or mixing it with other supplements helps. Despite that minor issue, the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience.If you're looking to take your pumps and hydration to the next level, this is definitely worth adding to your stack!

It works!
Works great with my pre-workout drink. Mix this along with two capfuls of a liquid glycerol product for a total of 26 grams of glycerol. Also use creatine, TMG, and a few other ingredients. Man, the pump lasts for days!

This Pump Powder will BIND your Digestive.
Glycerol is Caking agent so it BINDS and COAGULATES i learned. I can tell this Powder can has constipating effect and if you ingest it most likely for a PUMP the side affects in the gut can last for days and that is constipation or bounding up the COLON. THis substance also HOLDS WATER in the body during your workouts this happens in the GUT im Sure. I dont go 2 this product regularly just when i may have a hard intense workout that will induce sweating or longer endurance session when i need to hold water and I also use it for that extra PUMP with my Citrulline Malate or Beet Root Powder or preworkout drink. THe PUMP is decent and it shows in the mirror however Citrulline and Beet are Better with Beet being the Best at a high dose. IF u use it drink Plenty Water and expect to be constipated for a day or more after use. I would pass on this for a PUMP cuz ultimately we die because we have POOR DIGESTIVE HEALTH and that is not being able to eliminate waste out of colon this product will block that process for a day or more depending on your age and overall colon health upon use. GO ELSEWHERE FOR THE CROWN JEWEL OF WORKOUTS, the 'PUMP'.
