Solid protein with good taste and no stomach issues
I’ve been using this after workouts and it hits the mark. It mixes well, tastes better than most protein powders I’ve tried, and doesn’t leave me feeling bloated.The protein content is solid and keeps me full for a while, which is a nice bonus. I usually mix it with water or almond milk and it goes down smooth either way.If you’re looking for a reliable post-workout shake that actually tastes good, this is a strong option.

Does the job well
Overall 5 stars. Only 4 for flavor, but as an Atkins dieter I add 2 to 4 oz. of half & half for a meal replacement anyway (along with vitamins), for flavor and extra fat content. 5 for contents: not only 32g protein (none from soy) but 5g dietary fiber too, which is good for us low carb folks. I don't mind the inner foil wrap, if that's a cheaper security element than others if it helps keep the price down. I'll probably buy more in the future.

I like that this brand has more fiber than other brands, and it's also nice to get so much protein in one serving, but the taste is just a little too … off… for me to buy it again. Chocolate is the hardest flavor to do in my opinion, and nothing tops Fairlife shakes.
