Sof Sole Gel Heel Cup, Women's Size 5-11

I’ve tried several brands of heel cups in prior years for heel pain due to plantar fasciitis. These were squishier, almost like semi-solid jelly. I was looking for max cushion to absorb or diffuse pressure in my center heels during “heel strike.”. I don’t feel these Sof Sole heel cups offer support if that’s what you seek. I bought probably a dozen pairs via Amazon and a local sporting goods store to wear mostly in my athletic sneakers (even in HOKA and NB), which helps prevent and relieve symptoms. They last “forever,” but do collect lint. They sometimes slip out of place between shoe wearings, but not while I run; it’s no big deal for me. I’m ordering another pair now to go in my new HOKAs because it’s a hassle to regularly switch heel cups between shoes. Plus I suspect some of the squish starts to compress a bit over time.Overall, Sof Sol is a high-quality mfr. But some of their other products are not as well-suited to my needs. There’s a lot of hit-and-miss involved with finding the right devices for such highly individualized foot issues!These heel cups are not as easy to keep in place with slip-on shoes, nor elevated heels. For better overall insole support, such as in tall rain boots or UGG-type boots, I need full-length contoured OTC orthopedic insoles.

I am 1/2 inch shorter in one leg . I use these in all my shoes so I stay at an Even high on each leg when walking which we do every day . I really notice a difference . I think this will save by BACK down the road.Very soft and comfortable.I so recommend these !

These shoe inserts are somewhat helpful with dealing with my heel pain. I have found they need to be replaced around every 6 months.

I’m able to stay on my feet longer when using these. Amazing!

these heel cups are really nice. they just curve up at the outside of the edge. they are not like heel cups that go up your heel. i really like these better and use them in addition to my orthotics in my running shoes. i did have to stop and adjust them once in 5 miles the 1st time i wore them. i think i will get accustomed to putting the shoes on correctly over time.

When your heels are in contact with it initially, it feels really comfortable due to the gel pad and you think that it's going to make your heels a whole lot better.Then as you continue walking in it, your heels start to hurt again, and you feel that there's an empty void under your arch as this pushes your heels up but if you're wearing flats, your mid-foot would be raised without support.Not only that, this moves around too much. I had to adjust it a few times because it had turned horizontal! I'd return this but it's too troublesome to do so, regret getting this.

These are so helpful in reducing the heel pain I've recently been experiencing. They can be placed in a pair of shoes, worn, rinsed off and placed in another pair later. This is my 2nd pair and I'll probably keep purchasing them if I continue to experience heel pain.

I use when I’m wearing my Sketchers at work (retail). I was experiencing back pain but these helped tremendously
