I bought this to replace the charger for a cordless Rapala fillet knife. So far, so good.

Doesn't work as described, adapter got really hot!
Finally got the chance to test out the adapter today. Charged my battery, but the red light never turned green even though the battery was fully charged. The adapter got very hot 🔥. I would never buy this again. It's a fire hazard.

Works for 2 cell lipos but mine only charges to 8.2V.
It works, and appears to charge at the 1000 milliamp rate whereas my old charger charged at 500 mA. This means batteries charge twice as fast! but it only charges to 8.2V instead of 8.4V. This means the batteries won't reach their optimum capacity before the charger stops charging. This would be a 5 star review if it charged to 8.4V as advertised.
