Q: Is it good for the autumn months ?

I cannot say for sure it really depends on where you live. If you are asking will it keep you warm? Yea, but if you're still cold get another blanket. I returned mine. I live in Florida and saw "cooling blanket" and got very excited. It's a misleading name. It should say "cool to the touch" blanket. It quickly warmed up and trapped heat as any normal blanket would.

Q: Is the material soft enough for baby to use?

It's definitely soft enough for anyone's skin, but blankets shouldn't be used with babies unless someone is right there watching them the entire time. It's just too much of a risk of suffocation if they get it over their head and can't get loose. Definitely would work great for anyone over age 2 to use by themselves though!

Q: I'm 5 months pregnant and find myself overheating while sleeping, will this help?

I’ve had it for a few weeks now. It does help. I do have to flip it around once my body heats it up though. I use the cooling side of the blanket only. One side is for cooling and the other is for warming. It won’t take being hot away but it does feel nice on your skin when you’re burning up and does help to cool you down.
