I purchased this for work and it hold a lot. I work 16 hour shifts a lot and I am able to pack enough in it along with ice packs to keep food containers and beverages cold.

So I love this cooler about 90%. I mistakenly thinking it was taller than the one I had. Its just newer version but essentially same bag.If you're like me with a shift work position, long commute, non traditional hours or work conditions away from a fridge etc... this bag is great.So many xl or large adult lunch boxes don't accommodate being away from home for 18 hrs a day.The side pouches each hold a 40 oz stainless steel water bottle. The front pocket holds plasticware, drink mixes, napkins etc..I lost the shoulder strap for my first bag. I'd love to be able to get a replacement because this is a shoulder strap that actually does its job.My bag is often in a work vehicle and slides around with no passenger seat to put it on .... keeps on trucking.Items stay cold! Since the side pockets hold my water bottles there's plenty of room inside for my meals, snacks, and other drinks like soda and juice.My only gripe is the interior height! I have a different bag by mojecto that is much smaller in capacity But the 40 oz stainless steel bottles will stand up in and thus not leak.I'm not a fan of using 2 bags in the summer to have enough cold drinks wo spill risk.I already have a work pack and duffle...Mojecto if you read these email me I have a great design for a commuter / shift worker bag that accommodates what folks need in 1 bag.

I have food sensitivities and bring all my own food. This bag holds enough (carefully packed) for a 4-day trip. It fits in the fwd FA stowage on the 737-700, and fits in the rear stowage on 737-700 and 737-800. It fits under the seat turned on its back--and then the top can be opened to access contents. This bag can sit on top of a roller bag with the back band over the roller bag handle, or be suspended on the add-a-bag clip/hook. Side pockets are strong and not likely to tear like other brand flimsy mesh pockets. Too bad they don't zip shut. Drawstring on side pockets isn't very useful to keep small contents inside. With stuff in the pockets, it's a little too wide to roll down the center aisle, so I load it on top of the roller bag if I'm going beyond the first row.

Great cooler, but it doesn't keep cold or hot as long as advertised. I'm lucky to get a good 6-8 hours if I'm lucky

I am so liking this travel lunch cooler. i’m a flight attendant, plant strong eater, so Need an. affordable option, that keeps all my fresh food lasting for 4 days! This bag does just that!the only struggle i’ve had with it, is it has to be balanced perfectly to hang off my roller board, to fit down the aisles.I can only do that with the side pockets completely empty. If I navigate carefully, it does work!i’d suggest keeping that height, but make it 1” shorter to glide easily down every airplane out there!

I use this as my lunch bag. I carry six bottles of water, my sandwiches, ear muffs, and several heavy tools, plus first aid stuff and various other stuff, and the bag has plenty of room, unlike most lunch bags. You could put the average lunch bag inside this one, yet it is not too big, easy to carry and well designed, with double, short strap handles and a longer, over-the-shoulder, adjustable handle, all of which attach to the bag below the zipper, so the zipper isn't taking the stress of the weight when carrying it. Thus the zipper isn't going to break. All the hardware, buckles, zippers, etc., are high quality and stylish, and the material is strong. This bag would be worth twice the money.

The bag is good on space, but suck on insulation. Does not keep items cold for long periods. For a flight attendant doing a two day trip it'll be good. For us who 3 or more day trips it sucks. Normally after a 6 or 7 flight my ice packs are half melted.

This bag has worked out for my husband. He works anywhere from 8 to 15 hours outside in the Texas heat and has to have it with him at all times.It holds quite a bit of stuff and can take a pretty hefty beating. Keeps things really cool with just some ice blocks. All his coworkers are always jealous/ask him where he got it.Buy it :)

I love it just because the size perfect and very strong and it looks nice...

Tons of room and lots of compartments. Only complaint is the shoulder strap clips make a squeaking noise.

Very big if you like to take lots of lunch in reusable containers. Pockets on the end hold my coffee cup and a bottle of water or 2 bottles of water. Also has lots of pockets for pens. Note pads and even my iPad and charger cord. I don't regret buying it and would buy another in a heartbeat.Bill
