My mom need some help getting up and transferring from seated positions to standing, theses are awesome. They're easy to use and save my back and arms for helping her and makes it easier for her too. So good I bought two! One for my back pack for when we're out and about and one for the house. Can't recommend enough! Made of good sturdy plastic and nice foam handles, makes it light weight and easy to use and carry.

Wish it was bigger

Makes it easy to assist someone up off floor or out of a seat. Keep one in car and house.

I was hoping that my 90 year old mom who is living with dementia, and sometimes doesn't want to be touched, would find this a helpful tool. She's not strong enough to hold it while I help her stand. It was worth trying. Maybe for someone who lacks leg strength but not finger and arm strength, and who has the mental capacity to hang on until standing.

My husband and I really like this. It’s the best one we have tried. It really gets the job done. Much better having a shorter distance between people than the old kind.

I got this so I could help my mother get up when she falls, which she does a lot. The description makes it sound like it would work very easily, but that wasn't my experience at all. It seems like it would work only if the person standing up was strong enough to lift an adult and if the person who has fallen is strong enough to be lifted up and then to stand on his/her own. When my mother falls, she is basically a 160-pound wet noodle. And I missed the return period by 2 days, so I am stuck with it. Oh, well. I guess it was worth a try.

Nothing to dislike.It's compact and sturdy. Great to have in car and travel.

I love this product for my mum! It’s always been tricky helping her out of the car or chairs. This has changed everything. So simple but very effective. My only gripe is it’s kinda huge

The very next day after receiving the device I had a fall. On the first attempt my neighbours were able to raise me off the floor. Very impressed.
