Suggested Use: Basic Miso Soup: 2 -3 piece Eden Wakame leaf or 1 tsp. Eden Wakame Flakes 4 cups water 1 small onion, thinly sliced / diced 1 carrot, diced 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp. Eden Organic Shiro Miso, dissolved in 2 tbsp. water or soup broth, 2 green onions, finely sliced. Optional ingredients: tofu, dried tofu, shitake, greens, daikon, lotus, turnip, leeks, noodles, etc. Rinse wakame, soak in cold water to cover 5 minutes and dice, or add flakes directly, no soaking required. Bring water to a boil. Add onions and wakame. Simmer 3 minutes. add carrots and simmer 5 minutes. Reduce flame to very low. Add miso and simmer 2 minutes. Do not boil. Garnish with green onions.
