5 star, perfect helps you feel more energised and when dieting helps you to control your electrolyte salts balance - basically you can drink the right amounts of water without weeing too often or sweating it out too much. Its good. Tastes good, easy to use, pint glass of water and pop a fizzy tablet in and it fizzes away. Great start to the day I think. Only need 1 a day so great value of money. Thanks.

First I've got to query the price, currently works out as £5 per tube which seems rather a lot to me,Secondly, confusing instructions as on the amazon listing page it says add one tablet to 200mls of water but on the actual product it says 500ml of water?One tablet dropped in a glass of water instantly starts fizzing and breaking up and without any stirring took less than a minute to completely dissolve leaving a completely clear-looking drink. With stirring, it dissolves even faster.Has a mildy lemon & lime flavour which is perfectly pleasant.It says to drink within 24 hrs.... My intention was to be able to take a tube to work with me to prepare at lunchtime and sip during the afternoon to help with my hydration and concentration during the afternoon but bear in mind that if you intend to do this, rather than drinking it all in one go, that after 5 minutes or so the salts start to settle out and deposit at the bottom of the glass/flask and you will need to shake or stir to mix it in again.

Applied Nutrition Endurance - Hydration Electrolyte Tablets Display Tray 6x80g - Lemon & Lime....I try to take a tablet a day, usually off the shelf, vitamin C, orange, but these Lemon & Lime ones came up so I thought I would give them a go. They come in a tray with 6 tubes, each tube is sealed, and the lid just pops off revealing 20 tablets per tube.Dissolved in a glass of water, the flavour is not overly strong, and certainly not bitter or sour. The tablets dissolve fully within about one and a half minutes and the liquid clears a little and leaves a bit of a fizz. Taste wise, as mentioned they are not strong, slightly sweet and refreshing. You still get that slimy and soapy taste that you get with electrolytes, but it’s not as sickly as others I have tried.They contain 4 essentials, sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium with added Vitamin C and sweeteners in a good balance.
