This was exactly what I needed. My bobbin case broke and I was worried about finding the right one. But this is it! You get 3 for a very reasonable price so I'm set for a long time! The tension seems to be a little high, but I haven't tried adjusting it yet and I'm using different thread than normal.

Hard to find parts for my Singer 4562 that has proved fairly reliable for 20 years. Bobbin case broke and couldn't find a replacement anywhere local. While the fit is ok, couple things were disappointing. Ship time was over 3 weeks. Excessive even for HK. Second, the tension adjustment wasn't even close. Singer OEM doesn't have adjustment screws because it's factory set to be correct. This one had screws thank goodness because it was horribly loose to start. Sewing machine is back in business, disappointed how long it took to get the part and the dickering it took to get it working.

It fit and it works

Perfect replacement part for a machine that I’ve owned for 20 years. I doubt I will need the additional 2 pieces but very affordable for all 3.

The spring in my wife's bobbin holder got bent in a snarl. This resulted in the lower tension always being too low. These new replacements fix that problem. They look indistinguishable from the originals and the lower tension now works right. We used to have to set the upper tension really low in order to keep the bobbin thread from being pulled to the top side. Works great now.

Just dropped it in and tightened upper tension until stitch on both sides looked right.

Priced right. Product as promised. Delivered on time. I’d definitely do business again with this vendor.
