Good
I wasn't sure if it'd be worth paying more for only 2 caps, as there were better deals, but I'm very happy with my purchase! The foil is actually quite thick and has a layer of plastic (I think??), so it seems durable. I used one for 1hour to dye my hair, and it kept everything toasty and moist. And it only needed a rinse to clean it afterwards! Still looks like new, I think it's going to last a long time.The only thing is the elastic's super tight. It's bearable, but definitley uncomfortable.

Okay but not great
Bought these to use a treatment on my hair and needed a cap to retain the heat. They were average. I used a hairdryer over the top of having this on and it only retained heat for 5-10 mins, if that. Better than using nothing but not the best I would say.

Do not buy
I used this 2x to steam my hair, firstly the rattling sound is annoying and secondly why did i find the silver colour running all over my face? Not safe! It has lost its colour. Thankfully none got to my hair, as for my face I managed to was it off with ease. AVOID
