I struggle with all over muscle aches and low potassium causes it. But, I find comfort with this heating pad. So many variable settings. It’s placed under my bedsheet and soothes me right to sleep.

I purchased 2 of these in February. i have used 1 and after 3 uses it died. I still have the other one in the original package and has never been used. The few times i used it , it was perfect. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I have been in contact with customer service and they were great about issuing a complete refund.

I do not like how and where the cord is attached to the pad. (yes, I knew before I purchased) but this was the best option at the time. Also, I am not a fan of the heat reaching all the wat to the top of the pad. meaning under the head. (again, yes I knew this before I purchased) I just hope it continues to work for years and I get used to those 2 drawbacks. Things I love: attachment points hold securely, I can control how hot it gets and i can set the timer for 2 hours or more. Auto shut off is awesome too!

Ahhhh, just what I needed. I use it on "my side" of the bed and I just snuggle right in.
