After days with my ear blocked and doing everything to try to solve it, including washing it with normal syringes, I bought this product and to my surprise, the problem was solved on the first try!!!It is super simple and easy to use. Works great. I just wish the button was automatic for the water to come out. Instead you have to keep pushing the button in order to make the water spray. Overall it did unclog my ear.

My mom was complaining about having issues with her hearing so I got this little bad boy after watching a bunch of YouTube videos of ENT doctors using something similar to clean ears.FYI, I also bought her those ear drops that help make the earwax softer/come out easier.At first nothing came out but after a few more tries over a few days, a huge piece of earwax came out!
