I was using honey, but it just takes so much to get the sweetness I prefer, and the carbs in honey are astronomical. I always try to keep my carbs low due to hashimotos, so the honey or sugar isn't a great option. This is the first alternative I tried and I'm so glad I did. This stuff is perfect. Two tiny squirts and my tea is perfect. People mentioned the small size of the bottle but I actually think it's bigger than I had expected. It's much bigger than Mio water flavoring. It will last a while even though I drink a ton of tea. My next order I will do a subscription because I have to have this in stock at all times.

I'm doing low carb and was using the Splenda packets. As I understand it, they have maltodextrin which can raise insulin. I switched to the liquid and it's got big sweetening power. I only wish the liquid were less expensive.
