Fun team building event
I mean, it's Lego! We built this crane as a team event. You can guess, we're in the construction business. Each of us had a kit. Some of us were remote and others were in the office. It was great hanging out and collectively building and struggling with it.

Lego is great
Great set. It is a great replica of the real deal. Crane works great. The out riggers are cool and the small details like the diesel motor and how it looks are great touches. Can’t go wrong with Lego

Very cool
This Lego is awesome, my construction loving kid really loved putting it together, then using it as a crane truck once it was assembled!

Great product!
My 9 year old put this together. All pieces were there. The only struggle he had was tying the string and with the weights. Make sure you have the weights on when you are using the boom, otherwise it will tip. It was much bigger than I pictured but my son loves it! Highly recommend to others his age!

It's great except the poor winch drum design.
(Old winch on left, my design on right, goes with winch problem below) It is a great set to display in it's lifting configuration, but with normal use, I found out the thread can get in-between the winch drum and the pin that holds in causing the line to snag and tighten. I had to disassemble the turret to get the winch out to fix it, so I just made my own with side walls to prevent it from getting caught and potentially breaking. It's bigger than I thought, good value, no missing pieces, good functions but a bit wobbly under light load on the hook. Only things I would change is making the stabilizers to a 2 stage telescopic design to cover a bigger area for more stability, and a redesigned winch drum with walls separate from the turret sides, less friction and less chance of the line being damaged over time.

Great set
Great set. This thing is a large model. I spread it out over a few days just to take my time building it.

My grandson loves it!
My grandson was over the moon regarding this Lego gift. It has over 1100 pieces, and over 355 steps to put it together. He and I worked on it all weekend and the level of pride he had in it was amazing. It is a great activity to do together!

Damaged upon arrival
The box was damaged when received, covered in stickers and shipping labels. Unacceptable. Not fit for gifts!
