So, I think a lot of people try supplements expecting a night and day difference, which just isn't going to happen outside of actual steroids (If you think shrunken testicles, roid belly, anger management issues and a tren tan are worth it for bigger muscles)... but taking these a couple of hours before a workout I do notice a slightly more intense pump and feel like I recover a little faster between sets.As the title says, the effect is marginal, I feel like I recover about 5% faster rather than 50% faster, and get a slightly better pump... but it is noticeable. The science behind l-cittruline is proven, although whether it actually results in better muscle gain is still up in the air.The way I see it, if it makes you feel better about your workout and you feel like you're getting a benefit, it's worth the expense, and given that these a relatively inexpensive they'll be going in my normal supplement routine along with my protein powder and creatine.

Good quality product, a decent amount in the bottle so you'll only buy it every second month.

As with so many supplements the headline 3000mg per serving requires you to take 4 capsules at a time.So that's 750mg per capsule. Why oh why can't these supplement manufacturers be honest and transparent?
