There are only two types of men in the world: those who have prostate issues and those who will have prostate issues. Since you belong to one of these groups, do not hesitate to try this product. In my case, after going to bed I would often have to get up after an hour or so having to use the bathroom. Taking three capsules of this stuff with dinner has let me sleep FIVE hours without getting up. Simply amazing. I'm going to try cutting back to 2 capsules and see what happens (one capsule did not work). But all in all, the most dramatic positive effect from any supplement I've ever taken.

I tried this now for 5 days. It worked starting the second day. I went from waking up every 90 minutes at night to sleeping peacefully for 5 hours without having to hit the bathroom. Also, less effort to urinate. Things work like they did at 35.On the downside I have a rash on both legs. Not a huge amount but it’s like poison ivy on an area about the size of a 3” circle. Also, hip pain from arthritis is more intense. I’m hoping the pain is due to a heavy tennis match. Time will tell.Im going to back off on the pills for a few days to see if the side effects back off too. Even with the side effects the benefits of a full nights sleep cannot be understated. It’s wonderful.I’ll dial this in. It has massive promise. I’d recommend it.Edit - it’s taken a week for the poor side effects to subside. Rash, massive hip pain, and lethargy. Also, the benefits tapered off. That said I’m going to try this again albeit it a lower dosage.

Was hoping for better results. Taking 1 a day basically does nothing. I tried taking with lecithin for a better result but nothing unless I take 2 or 3. Side effects are feeling edgy, not relaxed at all, urine has an unpleasant odor, increase in gas and bloating, all pretty much things you DONT want to happen. sigh.

I’ve been taking this for six months and have noticed two major benefits. First, my ejaculation volume has increased significantly, with a stronger release sensation that makes me feel like a teenager again. The output and distance are much higher, which is very satisfying. Second, I’ve started losing weight gradually, about a couple of pounds a week, without changing my diet. I feel younger, healthier, and more energetic overall. The only downside is a noticeable increase in pre-cum, even with mild arousal. So, expect wet spots.

Honestly I'm over halfway through the bottle and haven't noticed anything different. I don't have prostate problems, so maybe that's why. Not sure if I'll continue use after it's gone.
