Don't waste your money
Worked well (non stick) for a month. Now everything sticks to the waffle maker mutilating my waffles..EVEN WHEN USING SPRAY! So disappointing. Can't even use :(

Very good non-stick cooking plates
The best thing about this griddle are the cooking plates. They do a much better job of cooking meat, eggs, pancakes, etc. without food sticking to the hot plates, with no added oils, etc. than others I’ve used. The controls are not as obvious as others, and, as I recall, the documentation was not as helpful as it could be. Still, once I figured everything out the controls work well.

Makes grilling so easy
I’ve had this for about 2 weeks and love it so far. Very easy to use and makes cooking met such a breeze. The sear function gets my steaks perfect each time and only takes a quick 2 minutes. It would be nice if it got hotter than 500 for quick sears but it still performs amazing. Oh and super easy to clean too

Starting temp is too hot. It doesn't keep your settings
Works as it should.Decent non stick properties - a bit of oil helps.What drives me nuts is every time I turn it on it goes to 350 automatically which burns food in 1-2 minutes. I turn it down to 275 when I remember.That lost 2 stars for me. Otherwise it's 4.5

Not as safe as you might think.
If you look into the supposed safe non stick coating you will find out it's potentially not that safe. Beast to stay away to to be 100% sure. Returned mine.
