I received 250g not the advertised 454g
This is very expensive flour currently priced at £8.50. The product description states that it contains 454g of flour I received only 250g of flour, I couldn’t guess what size you will receive. Green mung bean flour is readily available in Asian Grocery Stores but I have never come across Sprouted Mung Bean flour before. I imagine it’s a very labour-intensive flour to produce and that is reflected in the price. The benefits of sprouting are numerous for the health.I made pancakes by mixing into the flour salt, minced green chilli, grated ginger, fresh coriander and water to produce the pancake batter. Produced a tasty and healthy yet expensive snack.Comes in a resealable plastic pouch, this size of bag won't last long maybe used twice at the most. The use by date is May 2025 and was very freshly manufactured in June 2024.
