The material is cool to touch! And it’s very nice soft pillow. The center is dipped so my neck is supposed when laying down on the pillow.

This little pillow is just heavenly to touch! I love running my hand over it and over it! It's good for keeping you cool too. I can feel the difference between the side with springs inside compared to the other side. It's a little higher and a little firmer feeling to me as far as support. I do prefer it to the lower side. I'm working on getting used to it after the pillow I have been using. I got the "medium" one, and it's a little smaller than I anticipated, but I'm adjusting to it. It's firmer than the one I was using. I like the shape, and I like the fact that I have two choices as to which side to use, making it more versatile for different preferences. I'm a side sleeper, and in general it seems to be a little flat and a little firm for me personally. It's very different from the other one I was using though, and I think that has a lot to do with it. I'm going to give it more time and see if I adjust to it more. I do love the case on it because it's so darn soft and smooth against my skin! It's like nothing I've ever felt before! It's so nice. This is a unique pillow, and I recommend that you give it a try if you have neck issues. Especially if you sleep on your back I think. :-)

Nice little pillow that is designed and built well. It comes in a very professional box and vacuum sealed. When you open it, it expands to it's max volume. Directions say it takes 24 hours to get to full size. It seemed to me after a few hours it was at max volume.The pillow is a little bit thinner than other memory foam pillows I have. But to me it seems to not affect it's usage. It works as advertised. One nice thing about it is the included removable pillow case which is a thin silky material which is very cool at night. I sweat at night and I really enjoyed the coolness of the pillowcase over the traditional cotton pillow cases.The pillow is designed to have a more firm side with springs installed for those wanting a more firm pillow, and a softer side which the springs are not on. I noticed the difference in the firmness on both the spring side and the non-spring side and had a restful sleep on both sides.I tend to sleep on both my back and side and this pillow is designed to accommodate both of those sleeping positions as well as stomach sleepers. I slept comfortably on both back and side..It's a very well built pillow.. I very much am enjoying it.

this pillow is not thick enough to support my head. Apparently men are not the target audience. All pictures for all support pillows I have tried or looked at show a woman comfortably using the products. I have tried a number of foam pillows and the adjustable fill pillows, None are thick enough to keep my head and neck lever.I find that using this pillow along with my adjustable pillow gives me a good night's sleep. I like the smooth wicking cover.the write up says there are coils. If so I cannot detect any.

This is a large sized ergonomic cervical neck pillow. The pillow measures approximately 28 inches long and 15 inches wide. The contour shape makes me think of a figure 8 (more narrow in the center). The pillow is made of memory foam and offers two options or positions. One side has spring support and the other option is a thinner more gentle supportive cradle. The pillow comes with a cooling silky spandex cover that is easily removed for washing using the hidden zipper. I have used my new pillow for a week and it took some getting used to but once I did, I found it to be very comfortable and supportive on my neck. I normally sleep on my side or stomach and this pillow is perfect for those positions. Having neck problems is no fun and changing pillows can cause irritation but with this pillow, following the instructions to gradually work up to full use, caused me no neck pain or irritation. I think this pillow is well made from quality material and it provides the kind of support I needed for my neck. I am sleeping better and waking with less neck discomfort and pain. I am very pleased with this well made ergonomic pillow and I would recommend it.

The cervical pillow for neck pain relief is soft and comfortable. It is a good height for a low pillow. The cover is silky soft, stretchy, and breathable. The cover is also slippery. A standard pillowcase slides around easily on it making it uncomfortable. The pillow is good quality and does provide some back pain relief.

I have had issues sleeping. Wake up in the night, sore neck from inadequate pillows, and not feeling well rested when I do arise the next morning. I am quite surprised at how much better I feel after sleeping on this pillow for just a few nights. I sleep longer without waking, no noticeable neck ache when rising and generally feeling more rested through the day. It comes in a nice package, the pillow was wrapped very well, as you can see in attached photos. The instructions tells you that there are two different modes available. One has gentle neck support and if you flip it around there is what they call 'bedspring strengthening' which means there are some noticeable springs for extra support. Additionally the soft cover means you don't need a pillowcase. Just unzip the cover and toss in the laundry. And the pillow accomodates all types of sleepers: back, side and stomach sleeping. I recommend this pillow for those needing a better night's sleep.
