1 to 1 with Oud Ispahan
I own the real thing and was looking for an affordable replacement for travel, and I found the one!! Longevity, projection, and smell is spot on!! Except this perfume opens a tad bit spicy but then it mellows down! Great price point! With Dior’s Oud Ispahan the last bits you can smell a re usually powdery, with this perfume it’s still a woody spicy smell with a dark rise twist!! So it never loses its essence. Definitely recommend

Stinks, very unpleasant
Do not purchase, this stuff stinks and you can’t return it. The incense smell is overbearing

Cheap incense Smokey vibe, like the perfect oud cologne mixed with the worst incense.
It can be worn to the mosque on Eid but that’s about it. It’s too much 😩 too over powering alcoholic/cheap incense scent. But when it calms down after a few minutes, it gets to be this sweet warm, and authoritative! Young people may not like it.

Blind buyers beware
L'Oudh opens with a distinct animalic, almost barnyard-like accord. This challenging introduction is likely attributable to the prominent use of labdanum, a potent ingredient typically relegated to base notes rather than top notes. This unconventional placement immediately lends the fragrance a distinct feel, with bold, resinous materials showcased prominently. This isn't a modern, clean wood; it evokes more raw, untamed ingredients with a dirty musk. However, I personally find the intensely deep, resinous woods and subtly animalic undertones quite compelling, particularly as they are tempered by a dark, indolic rose. This rose note, with its slightly decaying, almost overripe quality, amplifies a vintage character, adding a layer of complexity that prevents the fragrance from becoming overly harsh. This is unequivocally not a safe blind buy. It demands a certain appreciation for bolder, more unconventional scents, and especially for those with a penchant for dark perfumery. The combination of animalic notes, heavy labdanum, and indolic rose creates a powerful olfactory experience that is far removed from contemporary, mass-market fragrances. However, if you find yourself drawn to fragrances such as leather and anamalic oud accords, which also shares some of these darker, more resinous qualities, L'Oudh may very well appeal to you, especially when used for layering.A word of caution: a light application is strongly advised. Subtlety will garner compliments, while overapplication is likely to attract unwanted attention.

Beautiful Scent
A beautiful combo of rose and patchouli. Smells very similar to Oud Isphahan. It’s also very strong, a little bit goes a long way. Maison Alhambra is great!
