Just right heat!
I like the medium...but not hot enough. Now I get the "hot" Pace in the 3 pack and find it just the right amount of heat! The texture is thick, not runny. It is not sweet like some I've tried in the past. I still have a lot of medium but plan to mix hot in with it to use it up. I use unsalted tortilla chips to reduce the sodium. Makes a great snack!

It's what I want at a good price. I will learn to repackage and accommodate the larger jar size for sake of my senior citizen economy.

We love the sauce that survives the journey-haven't tried it with the soggy cardboard box and glass fragments that we get 50% of the time. Amazon won't replace or refund, but it's cheap enough, and convenient enough, I still take my chances.
