Auto Wireless Adapter Dongle
Excellent CarPlay Solution for Indian Motorcycle Chieftain or any vehicleI have an Indian Motorcycle Chieftain and was looking for a reliable way to connect my iPhone and use Apple CarPlay. This device works like a charm! Installation was straightforward, and the setup process was quick and hassle-free.Once connected, it provides a smooth and stable link between my phone and the bike’s infotainment system. CarPlay launches seamlessly, and I haven’t experienced any lag or dropouts. It’s made navigation, music, and calls much more convenient while riding. If you’re looking for a plug-and-play CarPlay solution for your Indian Motorcycle or your car, I highly recommend this unit. It’s a game-changer for long rides and daily commutes alike.

Gotta Love Android Auto
Once I convinced my husband to use Android Auto, I purchased this for connection to his vehicle. Getting the connection was somewhat difficult and you cannot call and get a "live" person to help but there is an email listed in the literature. If you email them they do ask that you provide specific information such as model, year, etc. I guess it makes a difference. They did respond promptly with extremely detailed instructions along with a video. This did the trick! Was able to make the connection, show my husband how it worked and now he loves it. I wish setup was easier but once you work through it, it functions great!

Updating Firmware Easier With Your Home Wi-Fi Connection
As of the time I write this review I have not yet tested it inside my vehicle. I have however attempted to update the firmware on the device, and found myself having issues performing the upgrade. In part 2 of the upgrade instructions - variously referred to as "Start Configuration" or "Start the Upgrade" - it mentions connecting to the adapter's Wi-Fi. Every time I attempted to update the firmware after connecting to the adapter's Wi-Fi normally and then enabling the adapter's Wi-Fi Direct connection I would receive an immediate failure. The only way I was able to successfully update the firmware was to connect to my house Wi-Fi rather than the adapter's, and then making sure the adapter's Wi-Fi Direct connection was enabled. The firmware then updated correctly.Again, I have not tested the connection itself, but as this adapter makes its connection through Bluetooth it's as easy to use as a set of Bluetooth headphones. I am hoping however that the connection will function despite using my device's VPN function for ad blocking. The instructions recommend disabling the VPN, and I refuse to do that because ads are the absolute bane of the Internet.UPDATE: Connected without a problem and worked perfectly even with adblocking through the VPN active. For the $24 I paid it's worth not having to run a USB cable across the top of my steering column to my phone on the driver side vent.

Works great! I have Google Pixel Fold 9
I bought this because I was tired of connecting cables to my phone to display on my 2024 Hyundai Tucson. It works great, as soon as I open my car door it's starts connecting to my car and I start my car it's already connected. The display looks just as if you connected your phone with a cable. Setup is simple, plug in the USB and connect to your phone voila! The only negative thing I can right about this is sometimes it doesn't connect when I get in my car which it can happen one or twice in a period of three months. The fix is easy just disconnect the USB and reconnect problem solved.

Great, Responsive, Smooth
Very smooth. you turn on the car, and Android Auto takes around 15 seconds to activate. No connection issues whatsoever. Been having it for 2 months now, still going strong. The device is very compact, too, hardly noticeable. Now I can charge and have Android Auto at the same time :) BTW my car is a 2017 Accord Touring.

Worked perfect for 2 months
Worked great for exactly 2 months. Fast connection eventually slowed down and no longer automatically starts. I have to start my 2021 Honda Ridgeline and wait for the prompt to come up so I can tell it (every time) to start automatically when I start my truck. I even reset everything and reinstalled and choose the automatic start in the app AND on the screen prompt. No more getting in the truck and just taking off. I have to sit and wait because I can't use my screen for it while driving, my truck won't let me. Safety features. It doesn't even recognize the device for several seconds. Talk to Google and txt is delayed as well. I can't return to get another one because it's been 2 months and I really don't want to buy another.

Not without hiccups, but it works.
I bought this because there is no wire so its not dangling from my usb port in my car (2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback). This is definitely faster than my previous wireless Android Auto adapter. I did have to "update" it for it work. The update process didn't actually go all the way through like the instructions say. I get to switching to "P2P" and then the "update" button just fails, BUT this seems to make it recognizable to my phone and it works.I had to disconnect my car battery for some modifications, and it stopped working. I went through the "update" process again and switched it to "P2P" again and it's working now. I didn't really know what I was doing so I thought I'd mention it here in case someone else has the same sort of issues.Sometimes the music will blip for a split second and then it continues; it doesn't stop, it's just like a hiccup in the connection (I think). I read in another review that it will disconnect periodically at start-up, about a minute or so into starting; I also experienced this twice so far in the past 1.5 weeks. It's not bad, it just reconnects and you're off and running again. It works. It connects fairly fast. I like it.I'm happy with my purchase.
