I received this as a backup to a subscription that was out of stock. This one has a bit of an aftertaste and doesn't taste like my subscribed item even though they are both 'mixed berry' flavor. I tried 1/2 a tube of mix in a 16.9 oz bottle of water and it tastes much better and doesn't leave much of an aftertaste. It seems to work to help curb appetite, I have not gained any weight since being on it but am still mindful of watching what I eat like I was with my original subscribed item. I am not a health nut nor do I work out regularly. I would prefer junk food/comfort food over healthy food any day of the week so to find something that fills the need for sweets but still allows me to drink water is amazing! I can't speak for long term results as I have only been using this for about a week.

Tastes good and helps me to drink more water but I'm doubting it's helping any with weight loss.....but as they said, maintain a good diet and get moderate exercise, but wouldn't doing that in itself help to shed weight? I guess I'm too lazy to exercise.
