I consider myself pretty handy with tools. These rolling shelves left me completely frustrated. One arrived broken and the other refused to install squarely. I spent less time installing every other rolling shelf in my kitchen than I did trying to install this one shelf. I had to give up. The template was off, which seemed impossible. I'm guessing the shelf was a bit too wide. Overall I was unimpressed with the entire package.2/5 stars.

Difficult to install because mounting template was not included, making instalation problematic. Just returned it!

The item looks good and will last, but the installation instructs are inaccurate.The template provided is a guide, but it's far from accurate and when you call the customer service number, they are pleasant, but offer little advise. Following their directions has the pull-out protrude from the cabinet. The tracks need to be set further back than the template shows. I would recommend attaching the hardware first and marking the cabinet with pencil to outline where the screws should go.

No more tipping over or sitting on the floor to reach something. Now everything has a home

The first box that came with a Roomtec pull out shelf arrived without the hardware/track. The brown box where it should have been found in was empty. I'd sure like to get the missing hardware so I could install it.
