Bought these to help control gout in my ankle. Had been taking celery seeds but lately didn't seem to help. I had a dull ache, but that went after I started taking the black cherry, so looking hopeful!

Difficult to evaluate.It seems to have been of some benefit but being longterm it is not an obvious immediately.

I take on capsule and it gives me better sleep. It doesn't make me feel drowsy but the sleep quality is better.

The single best way to relieve yourself of gout pain is NOT what you want to hear. Better diet, no alcohol, exercise and staying away from high purine foods will basically get rid of Gout completely. But let's get serious, not everyone wants to completely change their lifestyle in order to live without gout. I just happen to be one of those people, I like an occasional beer or whiskey. I want to eat my steaks and burgers & LOVE fish. I do exercise and keep in decent shape (but nothing crazy) & this lifestyle, while not the worst, is not great for gout. In addition, Allopurinol and Uloric both gave me side effects that were as bad if not worse than the gout itself. Basically I was stuck between a rock and very painful hard place. This is when I turned to natural remedies & haven't looked back since. I am not a doctor or an expert in Gout but an actual sufferer, after about 6 painful gout attacks I believe I have the right to give my advice to others. With that said, I haven't had one attack in the past 18 months and I am very confident that my natural remedies and drinking eight 8 oz. glasses of water a day relieved my gout.
