Failed miserably
I read the good reviews and thought I’d give it a go. But it failed miserably at getting anywhere near to sorting out my knotty knots because, for me, it delivered far to too weak a pressure to be effective. If rolling a blunt instrument up and down your muscles is all you need, it’s fine.
