The media could not be loaded. Absolutely perfect, a little sticky feeling but it works absolutely perfectly

I’d give it four because it’s good, but if your wanting a pure white layer it, all together it’s good I find nothing wrong with it. Good for cosplay.

Just a white mascara!
Not a primer in my mind. It doesn’t dry and when it comes to putting mascara over the top you can still see the white. Also the directions for use need translating a bit better!
