Arrived broken and with no bracelet and necklace not happy
Arrived broken and without necklace and bracelet also was left on the doorstep no indication of a ring on doorbell, I live on main road and people have stolen parcels in the past.

Arrive broken . Have tried gluing it back but not working . Shame as its very pretty

To be honest not good. Tree came fell off base . Wanted to give as a stocking filler, unfortunately won't be able to do that. Did have added bonus of a bracelet and pendent without the chain. Still disappointed 😞

Item chipped, box damaged, no cord for necklace!
Item delivered with care but very much a case of you get what you pay for, broken base, gems falling off tree, missing items, general rubbish, so bad you couldn't gift.
