Battery life is less than described. Pairing is smooth. Audio/voice quality good for listening (your end) is great, but the person on the other end cannot hear you clearly. I always get the "I cannot hear you. I cannot understand what you are saying. Are you on speaker? Etc..." So, using these as a phone headset is TERRIBLE. Connection between the device and the phone is average, because I constantly hear distortion when just 8-10 feet away from the phone, with absolutely nothing in between the devices. TWS connection takes a couple seconds but it works afterwards. I wish I can return these for a refund.

They are nice looking and comfortable
They are nice looking and comfortable. They do not fit properly in the case so they don’t charge right and die after only about 45 minutes of use.

Delay on audio
Not going to lie they sound grest. For some reason my earbuds have a MAJOR delay between the audio and the video. I don't know how to fix this issue And I looked everywhere.

Good buy for Mom
I purchased these for my mother, she loves them, says the audio is great quality. Although I have not personally used them I have been on the other end of a phone call where these were what she was using. Call quality was better than if she used wired buds, and almost better than if she just held the handset, mostly because with these she can't cover the mic. Solid buy, not disappointed.
