LONDON FOGMen's Iconic Double Breasted Trench Coat with Zip-Out Liner and Removable Top Collar

Wonderful coat! Couple of notes…1.) Colors: I ordered the Covert & British Khaki. Took photo to help compare… Clock-wise from the top left: an actual WW2 British canvas pack, vintage Burberry classic trench, this London Fog in British Khaki, and this London Fog in Covert.The “Covert” is right in the middle between grey and a dark green (really nice blend) and the “British Khaki” is essentially brown/coffee.2.) Quality: Truly not much different than a Burberry. Finish work / stitching is excellent. The lining has a nice little puff with a high quality zipper. Warm enough for mild New England winter days. A+3.) Sizing: a little wonky. I ordered the two coats in a 38S but there is a notable difference in sleeve length + shoulder width. One felt like a whole size bigger, despite both being labeled 38S.Today’s selection of London Fog women’s coats is dismal so I tried this out of desperation; this men’s coat is FAR superior in every way. I’m a 5’4” chickadee and the 38S fits like an extra boxy women’s L/XL.Highly recommended to all.Well worth it’s price tag and then some.

Absolutely love the coat. Grew up with London Fog and pure quality. One other thing, the first one I received was damaged, returned it and received my new one within a week. Highly recommend this product.

every buckle is functional--nothing fake; nothing is for show. well made, with a full, removable heavy liner. great protection from the elements! I love the way it looks; I love the way it feels. now I just need a nice rain hat.

La calidad de la tela y el corte es muy buena, y realmente parece una gabardina de precio bastante superior a lo que pague por ella. Ciertamente es una prenda muy cómoda y práctica que veo que estará por varios años en mi guardarropa de invierno y no tengo dudas de que me veré bien usándola.Su único punto negativo es la calidad de los botones y hebilla. Siento que debieron haber reforzado el cosido de los botones, e invertido en plástico de mejor calidad o utilizar metal por lo menos para la hebilla porque esta ultima sí es la parte que desentona en lo que de otra manera es un producto prácticamente premium. Lo de los botones es tolerable, muchos otros productos tienen ese problema de que se pueden caer: es recomendable reforzarlos para que no se caigan, yo finalmente no los cambié. Pero finalmente sí por medio de un sastre le compre una hebilla nueva.

Je fais 5pi 10po/198 lbs. J'ai acheté un 46 Tall. Il me va à la perfection! (Le bas de l'imper descend à la mi-mollet, super!)La seule note faible va pour la couture des boutons. Le fil utilisé est de calibre trop léger et pas suffisamment cousus. Je devrai les renforcer. J'avais des craintes de commander un vêtement par internet, mais je suis le gars le plus heureux du monde ce soir!25-10-2018 :Un mois plus tard, j'aime toujours ce magnifique imper mais j'avais raison à propos des boutons. Ils sont presque tous à recoudre. Plusieurs coutures aussi montrent des signes de faiblesse. Celle de la boucle de ceinture est entrain de lâcher. Heureusement que je sais coudre. Je devrai ouvrir la doublure pour recoudre un à un tous les boutons et refaire plusieurs piqûres pour consolider le tout. C'est là une grande déception. Excellent manteau, très confortable, look du tonnerre mais, mal cousu! made in china, faut-il s'en surprendre?3 novembre 2018Je retire 3 étoiles à cause de ce que j'ai dit au début à propos de la couture, les boutons tombent un mois seulement et après quelques fois porté. Le manteau est superbe mais la qualité de la confection est très mauvaise. Même la boucle de ceinture se découd ainsi que plusieurs boutonnières et oeillets d'où pendent des fils. Je suis couturier, je vais tout réparer, mais quelle déception!

I'm a husky, short (5'3") man, so the size I went for might be a tad too big for the sleeves/length, but the chest/hip area was perfect for me.If you are short like I am, you might have to get it tailored, as the length is about 8-ish inches past my knees.Not a demerit on the product, but something to keep in mind about.

It's a great coat that fits well, but its just a little tight around the shoulders. I'm 5'7 and 180 pounds, I do a lot of heavy lifting due to work so I might be a little broad shouldered but I think it has more to do with the angle of cut for for the arm sleeves on the coat as they connect with the torso piece, but in all honesty I did expect this as it's clearly shown in the pictures for the coat itself (reaching straight out arms extended or straight up causes tightness in the shoulders and a pulling of the sleeves). It reaches down to my shins which I find very nice, it's super warm with the removable quilted inner lining, has deep side pockets and a nice left breast inner pocket.I don't like how cheap the buckles are, flimsy plastic for the belt and wrists, but I don't really need to adjust anything with the wrists it's more to do with the belt that my concerns lay. The belt holes are so far in! What's up with that? There aren't any belt holes on the belt near the end, why?!

This coat is excellent, as one would expect from London Fog. The sole reason it lost one star was that the buckle on the belt (made of plastic, where it ought to be metal) was broken on arrival. Since you don't actually USE the buckle, it's not that big of a deal to me, but it's a cheapness on an otherwise excellent product that cost it a 5 star review.
