Good overall. Price, ease of activation and porting though you have to activate the phone first and get a new number. Afterward you will fill out a form in your acct for porting. Took about 15 minutes to switch over from Spectrum Mobile. The website is user friendly and instruction straight forward. The account is also easy to navigate and they have a variety of packages for every type of users with good prices. Found a plan for $7 a month for a light use phone. Will see how the signal coverage is after some traveling.

Cheap phone plan that works great

The sim did not work on my phone. Phone is compatible and is unlocked and I have used it with other sims before in Europe. I am ok if the product is not as expected as long as you can return it. The 1 star is 99% for the customer service representative, I called 3May2025 10:20pdt and Laura was very rude. You can tell from her voice and her answers that she is not willing to help. That or she is incompetent.

I had some problems installing whatsapp on my new number but customer service was really helpful and changed my number

So far the better of the cheap providers. But, like the rest of THEM...they'll likely raise their prices.

Very good, excellent product

Horrible experience, I would give zero stars if I could. This company requires a credit/debit card to activate this prepaid card. I contacted customer support and told them that the card I purchased has 5 GB, unlimited talk and text, which I already paid. She said a card is still required and wouldn't be charged. However my bank said they are reserving a certain amount.This is a scam, trying to force automated pay. Don't bother with this garbage company. You've been warned!
