Bought this for mum who has constant pain from arthritus of the shoulder. Does exactly what it says. It heats up lovely, is s nice length & smells of of lavender. She is very pleased with the gift which I hope is a gd substitute for her hot water bottle & does give her some relief of the pain. In fact I have also used ine to relieve migraine which its very effective & soothing. Good purchase & alot cheaper than Boots!!

great looking and really nice to soothe your pain! the separation in the middle makes this one even better than some others as it prevents the grain from falling down when you have it around your neck.and the fabric is the best as it gets really warmer than some other cotton ones.

okay for occasional use, however if it's heated three to four times a day it soon develops holes and loses the wheat, prepare to keep a sewing kit handy!

I bought this to help ease my neck and face pain. It does help ease the pain.
