Perfect size for an expat
Great for your health - has plenty of vitamins and minerals, especially b vitamins. Can be used as a bouillon substitute. Tastes exactly the same as the ones in the jar. I’m a big fan so this will last me about a year.

Good for the price
After trying marmite and growing to like it, I thought I would give vegemite a try to see how it tastes compared to marmite. This is similar yet different in taste. Meaning just like marmite, it takes some getting used to and I highly recommend starting off with a very small amount mixed with butter or avocado on toast if it's your first time trying it.If you've tried marmite, you know the texture is more of a sticky syrup. As with vegemite, it has a more smoother texture, somewhat like a creamy butter spread.Taste wise, I would probably say that it depends on your liking. For me, I prefer marmite over vegemite, but I'm glad I gave it a go. Some folks will enjoy vegemite over marmite or vice versa.I added a picture to show a comparison in texture for anyone who might like to see.

Finally enough Vegemite
I can’t understand what they’re saying, but this stuff is delicious. Expert mode:With Hawaiian pizza with two kinds of bacon, red onions, and jalapeños with an over medium egg on it.It’s ok, the Australians can’t understand me either, but they do a wonderful job of holding the planet up like atlas. Crikey!

A Happy Little Vegemite Living in US
I will only buy the package “made in Australia”. The poorly designed “squeeze bottle”. I wrote to the company. I will refill my jar from the tub. Expiration date has nothing to do with reality. So much salt it never goes bad. We kept our BIG jars in a cupboard in Australia. For a long time

Tastes great, but the price!
I love the taste and texture. My go to is vegemite and butter on toast with cucumbers on top, but I'm having a hard time dealing with the price! I used to think it was expensive at $6 a jar - now it's over $10, but what can I do? I'm addicted.
