I used these recently to install a bunch of base cabinets. It went very quick and I was impressed with the quality and usefullness of the clamps. Can you install cabinets without them? Absolutely. Do they make it easier? No question. The only drawback to using these is that the hole for pre-drilling the holes for the screws is deep enough that you can't totally see the hole when the bit is drilling. Not a big deal for just predrilling the hole but a bit of a pain if you are drilling with a countersink bit for the head of the screw. I overdrilled with the countersink bit a few times because I couldn't see how much wood I was eating. I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem if you simply took your time and drilled a tiny bit at a time. As I said, it only happened once or twice.

Makes alignment of cabinet face frames a snap. The drill and screw guide is a great bonus. Well thought out!

These things are beefy, and are high quality and will definitely hold the cabinets together. That said, they are surprisingly large (even when looking at the dimensions on the product description) and will require some amount of planning on where to put the screws. Otherwise, great product that helps a DIY-er to get a project done and save money while providing a finished product look.

Work very well and simplified cabinet installation. Take your time and ensure everything is lined up properly before drilling pilot holes for screws to avoid any oops moments.

Great tool for joining cabinets, allows you to pull the sides together, align the face, drill a pilot hole, and drive in a screw without having to adjust anything. Got them on sale price but worth it not matter what the price if you have cabinets to install.
