My cat likes this.It actually wears her out when she fetches her toy up there.I bought some Ebony wood stain and painted it black. Then I got some fairy lights that I taped along the sides.And Well there it is.My cat likes it and I like the look of it.(I got the idea of staining it when I saw a previous review of someone one doing it.)

My cats literally fight over this moon bed. We have another hammock bed, also bought on Amazon, that they barely want to be in. Meanwhile this bed is in high demand by all of our 4 cats 😂. It’s to the point we are actually going to get a second one! Make sure to put each part in at least one stud (the bed is better with two) and you are good. The steps came loose the first time we installed because we didn’t put it into a stud. Other than that, our huge 15 lb cat gets into this thing, so it’s very sturdy!

I stained it black to match the other furniture in the room. The kitties took to it right away. I need a second one now.

For $80, I was expecting a product on par with other, less expensive cat furniture. While the design is nice, I could have cut this myself in my garage for $15 worth of pine board. Wood is bare and unfinished. Still has the pencil marks on it. Could have at least treated it, or painted it, or...something. I got 2 splinters putting it together and one of the moon pieces cracked a bit when I screwed it together.

Expensive but my cat likes it. Not sure if it should be that pricey, the materials are below good quality. I give 3 stars because The price doesn’t match the quality of the product.
