This kit does work and is good value for money considering how much it costs to have your lashes permed/lifted in a salon. Firstly I recommend buying your own silicone perming shields rather than using the rods in this kit. You will also need to buy some eyelash glue to stick on the perming shields and your lashes to the shield.1. Apply eyelash glue onto silicone perming shield - leave for about 1min till its starts getting tacky then stick onto your eyelid.2. Apply more eyelash glue all over the silcone shield - leave for about 1min till its starts getting tacky then using a cotton bud or a tooth pick fold up and seperate out your lashes so they stick against the shield. (This is the most tricky part and most important)3. Apply the pink perming lotion using a cotton bud - leave on for 15mins then wipe off with a clean cotton bud.4. Apply the white fixing lotion using a new cotton bud - leave on for 15mins then wipe off with a clean cotton bud.5. Apply the yellow/gold conditioning lotion using a new cotton bud - leave on for 3mins then wipe off with a clean cotton bud.6. Apply the clear cleaning liquid all over using a cotton bud - this just gets rid of all the lotions/glue.7. Peel off the silicone shields and remove any glue on your eyelids using the clear cleaning lotion.I hope this review was handy for anyone who was finding the instructions confusing. Also I would advise watching a couple of youtube videos before perming your lashes.

The product works however it is a little hard to stick the lash on the roll, I recommended applying lash glue.It’s been three weeks since I have applied this product and it still beautiful and intact. This kit works really well and I was able to achieve the look I wanted! As other reviewers noted, you should watch youtube videos to fully understand how the process works before attempting. Even then, my first attempt was tricky and took a bit longer than an hour. That being said, after perming three times now I have the hang of it and here are some tips:1. Use toothpicks for all parts of the process, q-tips will get cotton stuck in the glue and then on the lashes.2. This is my most important tip - let the lash glue get REALLY tacky before attempting to roll your lashes up and onto the pad. I had a really difficult time initially getting my lashes to stick to the glue, but realized after subsequent attempts that the tackier the glue, the better the result.3. Baby oil will take off the glue that comes in the kit pretty well. There's likely to be some residual glue left on your lashes for a day or two, but at that point you can pretty much pick it off of the lashes if needed.4. Use the stopwatch timer on your phone to keep track of time, I left each solution on for 15 minutes and my lashes are completely curled.5. I used the Ardell lash glue to stick the pad to my eyelid because I had it lying around and it's easier to remove than the glue that comes in the kit. Also, the glue that comes in the kit dries up quickly so you want to save as much of it as you can.Picture is without mascara on! My new go to beauty item! I the directions are easy to follow. For me it’s better than buying additional micro brushes I don’t use for anything else. I bought different eye shields for it but had to cut them down and don’t think it’s necessary unless you run out of the ones that already come in the kit. My only issue is the glue is hard to get off the eyelashes when you are done. I have to use a lot of the last step and then careful use water to not rip out your eyelashes. I also use an eyelash tint that I’ll do before or after and it makes all the difference in making your eyelashes stand out without having to apply mascara every day. I really do recommend this perm kit.

The product is very cute with it's packaging but the package does not include everything the directions ask you to use. Asks you to use eye pads under eyelids to protect skin. There are no eye pads except for the ones to use on the upper lids. The glue is completely worthless. A friend said to try using regular lash glue. The eye lift pads do not curve enough to set on the eye and so they are lifting in the corners the whole time kida defeating the purpose of the whole procedure. The directions also ask you to apply the perm solution and then cover the plastic film or 8-12 min. What? No plastic is provided so do we use our own? There are more examples but this is long enough. I would not recommend this product and will be looking for a refund.
