I LOVE the Mary Ruth’s brand for vitamins and supplements. I like this probiotic because of its cost and actual effectiveness. I gave it to my daughter starting around 3 months (I halved the dosage) whenever she has trouble pooping, and the probiotics help her within a couple of days, and she has zero issues getting it out. Definitely a great product to have in your holistic medicine cabinet if you’re on a budget like I am!

My daughter suffers from upset stomachs easily from milk transitions and I’ve noticed this has helped her ease into trying new foods / drinks better. She’s generally just in a better mood when going from soy milk to regular milk for a day if her schedule changes. Would love to purchase more products from this company for myself!
